Hamlin Park is a 30- apartment project for SMC Group Ltd. This project continues the ongoing work by SMC Group and Brewer Davidson with to design high quality, three-storey, walk-up apartments.

The block is located in the suburb of Mt Wellington  – a vibrant and diverse community which is reflected through the art and design of the project. The site is broken into two blocks which allow for sun and green spaces within the development while still maintaining resident’s privacy. These spaces provide opportunity for neighbours to meet and socialize and create a community amongst themselves. Brick fins enclose private balcony spaces for homeowners as well as creating a visually strong and active street presence.
